"How God’s Whole Plan of Salvation is Culminating in Divine Mercy and Medjugorje."

“I don’t think any of us understand the magnitude of what is going on here:
How God’s whole plan of salvation is culminating in Divine Mercy and Medjugorje. How everything has led up to this point, this point in human history.” Father Chris Alar, MIC

“Here in Medjugorje, we are at the Wedding Feast of Cana and Our Blessed Mother, Queen of Peace, is saying: “Son, they have no wine”. And He gives us Medjugorje and he gives us the geyser of mercy that bursts forth out of Medjugorje where conversions take place and peace issues forth.” Brother Jason Lewis, MIC

"This place [Medjugorje] is wide open with God's Divine Mercy. And you see the peace. And the peace that you see is the Blessed Mother's presence... She is present... Please come here.
This is where you’ll experience the two most critical pieces of the culmination of salvation history. Again, I don’t think we have any idea, at all, the time we are living in and the importance of what is happening and what God and Mary are doing right here.” Father Chris Alar, MIC
These are just a few quotes from a video discussion by Fr. Chris Alar, MIC, Director of the Association of Marian Helpers, and Brother Jason Lewis, MIC.

In the video, the two Marians of the Immaculate Conception unpack the incredible homily of the Pope's Representative, the Papal Nuncio to Bosnia Herzegovina, Archbishop Luigi Pezzuto, which was given at St. James Church in Medjugorje at the Vigil Mass of the Solemnity of the Holy Mother of God, December 31, 2019. A homily in which he, an "Archbishop, representing the Vatican, ties Medjugorje to Divine Mercy as the message for our times."

(The New Year’s Eve vigil Holy Mass was concelebrated by 115 priests at St. James Church in Medjugorje, along with the Apostolic Visitor for the parish of Medjugorje, Archbishop Henryk Hoser, Provincial of Herzegovinian Franciscan Province, Fr. Miljenko Steko and the parish priest of Medjugorje parish, Fr. Marinko Sakota).

Papal Nuncio to Bosnia Herzegovina, Archbishop Luigi Pezzuto

Here are some excerpts of the Archbishop's homily:

“We are in a pilgrimage, in days, seasons, years; but right now, that brings us to this Marian destination [he is standing in St. James Church in Medjugorje], of the temple of the Queen of Peace that is located here in Herzegovina.”

“…we desire peace as human beings. It is intrinsic to us that we want desire peace and that its distrust and fear that actually prevents us from being able to have peace in our hearts, our countries and our homes…”

“How can Mary be the Queen of Peace without being at the same time the Queen of Divine Mercy? Mary is the Queen of Peace, because she is the Queen of God’s Mercy, whose face is Jesus.”

“Just as at the wedding in Cana, today, as well, Mary continues to turn to God’s Mercy, saying, “They have run out of wine”. And this, the wine of Mercy, has descended and enters by way of the royal petition of the one who carried Him in her body, in a way predicting at Cana His revelation in human history...

“So, it would be right and just, in this place to invoke Mary with the title of Queen of Peace and God’s Divine Mercy. We have invoked her, called upon her for centuries. And we still call upon her as Mother of Mercy. But her faithful, centuries long intercession for us, transformed her into the Queen in whom God’s Mercy gladly hears prayers and fulfills the tiniest desire of hers for the benefit of her children…”

“Let us conclude in the end, invoking her altogether, united in the same prayer, saying: “Mary, Queen of Peace and Divine Mercy, pray for us!”

Aren't those some extraordinary words regarding Medjugorje?!

Fr. Chris Alar, MIC, Director of the Association of Marian Helpers, and Brother Jason Lewis, MIC

Father Chris and Brother Jason believe so.

In this video they were so thrilled by the Papal representative’s homily tying together Mary’s role in Medjugorje with Divine Mercy and the magnitude of its importance in our day.
They could barely contain their enthusiasm.

They spoke for about an hour so excitedly that I wanted to try to pull out some of the main highlights of their discussion and share them with you. Even as I do so, what would be truly best, is to take time to watch the video for yourself -

[go to the link and click on the playlist; and then, click again on the video entitled: Fr. Chris and Brother Jason].
They provide a profound and thorough discussion [unpacking the Papal’s nuncio’s words] that connect Our Blessed Mother and Divine Mercy – each confirming the truly unfathomable importance of Medjugorje in our time!

+JMJ

I’ve spent the last few days - literally hours and hours (and hours) - transcribing this incredible discussion because it is so filled with wisdom and insight that I felt called to share it.  (I ask for your forgiveness in advance for any errors that I’ve missed).

All the times listed below are hopefully close – they point to what time in the video you can find quotes listed within the discussion/ homily.

The emphases are mine and seek to highlight the quotes that speak most to Mary and Medjugorje.

Pray about taking the time to read through this; and then, saving it to read again and again (and again) - "pondering all these things in our heart" like Mary.

I can tell you I've gained more and more the longer I've spent with it.

And don't forget to watch the video(s) to gain even more insight.

Enjoy!

7:23:

Father Alar: “This Archbishop, representing the Vatican, came to Medjugorje and blew our doors off if you will, with a … series of statements ... tying Medjugorje to Divine Mercy as the message for our times."

Brother: "I absolutely wanted to come out of my skin when … the Archbishop used two titles: “Our Lady Queen of Peace is also the Queen of Divine Mercy”… I wanted to run out into the sanctuary… I never heard in all my days heard the term specially used: Queen of Divine Mercy."

8:25:

Father Alar: …"The highlights that I think are so incredibly important in our time, for this period in human history… next to the resurrection I think we are living in the most important time in history, next to the resurrection, because this is coming, as Jesus told St. Faustina: “You, Faustina, will prepare the world for my final coming.” That was 89 years ago. So we know we’re in the end-times. We don’t know how long they’ll be… how long they’ll last. But, here’s the point, it was made very clear, by the Bishop, that the problem facing the world today is distrust and fear. These two…stumbling blocks, prevent us from receiving God’s grace fully.”

Brother: “And [the Archbishop] said that these two things: “distrust and fear are the cause for the lack of peace in our hearts. So he started the whole homily out noting that “we desire peace as human beings. It is intrinsic to us that we want desire peace and that its distrust and fear that actually prevents us from being able to have peace in our hearts, our countries and our homes.”

Discussion: All goes back to the Garden of Eden …

Brother: “The Archbishop talked about this. That somehow Adam and Eve, the serpent tricked them … they believed the words of the serpent and they distrusted God. They disbelieved God.”

10:55:

Brother: “The thing that Jesus wants from us. The thing that God has wanted from humanity from all eternity is trust in Him, to trust in God, trust in the Father’s protection, trust in the Father’s love for us.

There’s a quote from Catechism that … summarizes how humanity fails from the very beginning:

397 Man, tempted by the devil, let his trust in his Creator die in his heart and, abusing his freedom, disobeyed God's command. This is what man's first sin consisted of. All subsequent sin would be disobedience toward God and lack of trust in his goodness.”

11:53:

Father Alar:

“So it’s important to realize what happened right there… is the essence of mankind’s struggle from the very beginning. When we stumbled and fell…. We were going to fear him. What did they do, immediately after the fall? They immediately covered themselves – they were hiding – figuratively and literally - God knew, after the fall, that we would be broken, skittish creatures so he gave us the gift of a mother…

Who did you normally use to run to when you got into trouble? … You just knew innately there was a love, there was a gentleness [in mom]… God is so incredible that he knew that we would see Him as this transcendent disciplinarian because of our brokenness. So in his wisdom, he gave us the gift of a mother to bridge that gap. She’s one of our own. She’s a creature. She’s a gift that’s been given to us to run to. And when we run to her, we find that gentleness, love and peace.

And this is where the Archbishop tied it all together:

13:42

Brother: The archbishop said right out of the gate -he wasted no time-this is so profound: “We are in a pilgrimage, in days, seasons years, but right now, that brings us to this Marian destination [he is standing in St. James Church in Medjugorje], of the temple of the Queen of Peace that is located here in Herzegovina.”

He is pointing out: "That this place is his temple… it is the temple of the Queen of Peace, our Mother. This is her temple!”

Father Alar: “What’s really important is to go back to his first words. What is causing this lack of peace? Distrust and fear.

Distrust goes back to the Garden – goes back to the original sin.

So this is the wound that God has been trying to heal in us from the beginning. And he did with our Savior. So he gave us in the garden, the gift of a mother and the promise of a Savior….

Brother: Gen 3: 15: “I will put enmity between you and the woman, between your seed and her seed. He/she will crush your head and you will nip at his heel” (The Father’s words to the serpent).

Father Alar: “Distrust and fear have been the cause of the lack of peace… What is the answer that God has been providing for us?

Trust. Trust is the essence of the message (devotion) of Divine Mercy.

Jesus the Savior is the gift of Divine Mercy.

We also have the gift of a mother, who is Mother of Mercy.

But, Archbishop took it to a new level:

16: 15: “He said this distrust and this fear is the cause for the lack of peace. Now that is answered by Mary. She’s the Queen of Peace. So in Mary, we see here in Medjugorje…

[What is the theme that we noticed everywhere as soon as we got here? Peace, Peace, Peace.

Jesus revealed to St. Faustina: what hurt Jesus in the passion was not so much our sins - it was our lack of trust.

And so Jesus went on to teach Faustina this message of trust that he wanted her to bring to the world.

For 89 years she has.]

Now the world, in the last 30 … 40 years, has been prepared for something also, in addition to that, and that is the understanding of peace.

17: 45: Father Alar continues:

“So here’s the essence of it.

In Divine Mercy we learned about trust.

In Medjugorje, we are seeing, and learning of Our Lady as the Queen of Peace.

Jesus said: “Mankind will not have peace until it turns with trust to my Divine Mercy” (Paragraph 300).

Here’s my revelation as I’m listening to the Archbishop. God knew we were broken in the garden from a lack of trust, so throughout human history he has been trying to raise up saints and prophets – giving us, spoon feeding us, what we need to do to turn back to him. The world has started to get prepared through an understanding of trust. We’ve got to trust God. But how do we trust Him?

In comes our Lady…”

Brother: “1981 - the apparitions start on the feast of St. John the Baptist - who announces the Good News, the coming of the Savior, prepares the world … for the coming of the Savior … of his whole entire mystery of mercy and peace and to bring good news of revelation of the Father so that we can have peace, security and fear can be eradicated from our lives.

19: 42: Our Lady of Medjugorje is the precursor bringing peace and we know that this place is a geyser of Divine Mercy and conversion. Conversions have taken place out of Medjugorje for 38 years now…

Father Alar: “Many priests - more priests I’ve met have been converted by Medjugorje than anywhere else.

20: 00: But when Our Lord has been giving us this message of Divine Mercy, its essence is Trust, we still, still haven’t been fully trusting…

So here comes the Archbishop and he says: “What is the result of this distrust and this fear? It’s a lack of peace, so Mary comes in as the Queen of Peace, right here to Medjugorje, to bring us an understanding of peace…this peace is brought to us, to the world, right here in Medjugorje.

20:43: Brother: “Archbishop’s powerful, powerful statement … this is his conclusion:”

“How can Mary be the Queen of Peace without being at the same time the Queen of Divine Mercy? We are here in the Temple of the Queen of Peace in Bosnia Herzegovina. Mary is the Queen of Peace, because she is the Queen of God’s Mercy, whose face is Jesus.”

They both speak of jumping up during the homily … looking for each other… ready to stand up and start clapping…

21:50: Both: “Here’s why that’s important because he just linked Divine Mercy and Medjugorje. The message and devotion of Divine Mercy of Faustina and the Queen of Peace in Medjugorje: The two charisms - The two modern day revelations. The revelations of the last 100 years - started with Fatima and since then, has been Divine Mercy and now Medjugorje. They all tie together. Fatima ties into this, because we are learning and understanding, right now, the biggest problem we have is the lack of trust…

22: 40 Brother: “…He links what’s going on in Medjugorje and what’s going on in the world really… with all the conflicts, with all the discord, with all the confusion the Evil One has set about… the reason why there is such a lack of peace, ultimately there’s a lack of God – there’s an absence of God.

“The archbishop touches on that in his homily as well, but then he ties it back into Cana and what our Lady does. What happens at the wedding feast of Cana? They run out of wine…”

23:24:

Brother: “Mary intercedes and she looks and understands that in today’s day and age we are empty. We have run out. We’re broke… She turns to her Son and says: “They have no wine.”

And we know that Our Lord turns and says “woman” referring back to Genesis 3:15… he links her to his salvific mission… as the New Eve…

And so the Archbishop goes on to say: “When she said ‘They ran out of wine’ that’s very appropriate for Mary intercede, and this “the wine of mercy” can descend to enter into that encounter of royal petition of the one who carried her in her body, in a way predicting Cana, his revelation in human history.”

24:16:

Brother: “Right now we are seeing Our Lady at Cana – at the wedding feast of Cana –right now in our day and age. Here in Medjugorje, we are at the Wedding Feast of Cana and Our Blessed Mother, Queen of Peace, is saying: “Son, they have no wine”…  And He gives us Medjugorje and he gives us the geyser of mercy that bursts forth out of Medjugorje where conversions take place and peace issues forth.”

Father Alar: “Peace and mercy is that wine that we are lacking. We’re not lacking the mercy. We’re lacking in the acceptance, that trusting in Mercy.”

[Explanation of why Mary is called “woman” - veneration/ respect Mary…

26:18 Father: “Tertullian: “Since satan overthrew both a man and a woman, it’s going to take both a man and a woman to liberate humanity from satan.”

…

26:36: “She’s co-redemptrix … in the sense that “co” doesn’t mean “equal to”… it means “with”. So she was with Jesus in his act of redemption. She gave him his body. She gave him his flesh... and the very blood, which only one drop could have redeemed humanity…. His whole fleshly existence was given to Him by Mary.  The Church Fathers got this from the beginning. Mary’s role is critical. She is co-redemptrix - not in the same way that she redeemed us in the same way Christ did – but she was with Him in this act of redemption from the beginning of His Incarnation…that’s why we call them the New Adam and the New Eve.

27: 36: Brother: … “we know from Romans we hear Christ is the New Adam. Where is the New Eve? It has to be the Mother, who gave Him his own flesh that saves and redeems us and for that reason Mother Teresa says that: “Of course Mary is the co-redemptrix. Jesus saves us by His Flesh. She gave Jesus his Flesh.”

Father Alar: ... “Mary is not at the same level of the Holy Trinity. She is a creature. [Brother: She’s redeemed by Christ by the merits of His Cross]. …God being outside of time – our prayers can be effective outside of time. How was Mary immaculately conceived? By the merits of the passion, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ… How did that happen? Because of the concept that God is outside of time.”

28: 48: “This is why we know Mary, her role, and her revealing of the messages of Medjugorje are so critical today. Mary is this new Eve. She is this critical, important part in the redemption of humanity. And a lot of people don’t understand, that in this New Eve, we have an opportunity to undo what the first Eve did – as Christ undid what the first Adam did – so we have the New Adam and the New Eve.”

Both: [Discussion of Scripture and Jesus’ use of the word “woman” in Genesis, at Cana, at the foot of the Cross, in Revelation 12

Brother: “John Paul II explicitly related the “woman” of all these passages in Scripture directly to Mary… she is the woman who crushes the head, [which ties in all the more how exciting this whole entire homily was and there’s still so much more to unpack.”

31:19: [An aside]

Father Alar: “We were the first men’s community in the world to bear the title: “The Immaculate Conception” and people ask: How did you Marians become Divine Mercy priests - you are Marians of the Immaculate Conception? The answer is:

31:38: "God’s greatest act of mercy ever bestowed upon a creature was the Immaculate Conception.”

Discussion of Jesus giving Mary to John on the Cross and John at the foot of the Cross receiving Mary: Mary is not a natural mother… John’s

33: 15: Father: “This had to be the gift of a spiritual mother. And this spiritual mother goes back to our brokenness in the garden, because we need this link to give us this trust… it is the natural trust of a mother.”

Father Alar: “…I can remember when young running and burrowing myself in my mom’s arms - the protection…the gentleness and love of a mother. This is what God knew we were going to need… He gives this to us in Mary and He consummated it on the Cross when He gave [her] fully as a spiritual mother to us who are disciples like John.”

Brother: “John is standing there in the place of all us, the rest of humanity, and he embraces his spiritual mother. He embraces Mary as the universal spiritual mother and takes her into his home. Biblical scholars tell us the word for “home” is analogous or equivalent to his spiritual heart. We know that John is the Beloved Disciple who lays his head on the breast of Jesus [I get all excited about the book “In Sinu Jesu” written by a Benedictine monk, which is really renewing priesthood in the Church]… it talks about the intimacy of Jesus and the Beloved Disciple John and how much John loved and trusted in Jesus, which ties in exactly with the Archbishop’s homily and the role of the Blessed Virgin here in Medjugorje. We, too, as spiritual sons and daughters of Mary, are called to take her into our home, into our heart to embrace her, to receive the balm of our Queen Mother, our Queen of Peace and Queen of Divine Mercy into our spiritual homes.”

36: 08: Father Alar: “I would like to add how our actual experience here has led us to this understanding, and to this culmination and this homily… [It started when we got off the plane with “peace”… quotes in the Diary about “peace” in emails, “peace”-“Mir” in signs, “peace”, visit Sister Emmanuel and her books are about Peace and Scandalous Mercy, and the daily readings all talked about “peace”, and “then all of a sudden, we are listening to Mary’s words – we go up the hill to the Apparition on the 2nd of the month … and that message is about …

[both]: “peace and the Father’s merciful love” and how that takes away our fear.”

Father Alar: “This Father, though, for us to trust Him, we have to see Him and believe Him and know Him. How do we know the Father?” Only through the Son…”

… go back to when the Archbishop mentioned this

36:58:

Brother: Archbishop’s quote: “We know the Father through the Son and it’s through the Son that we have right order and a correct understanding of who the Father is and that through His Mercy our fear is taken away. We are given faith that Christ in His Mercy reveals the Father to us, which dispels fear.”

[… this is the Gospel of John… this ties to Mary’s giving this message of peace tying it to trust …

38:20: Ties together with Our Mother’s message:

“Dear children! In this peaceless time, I am calling you to have more trust in God who is your Father in Heaven and who has sent me to lead you to Him…"

38:36 Father Alar: “Here’s the tie: If Mary’s message of Medjugorje is this peace that we need to have. She’s saying right there on May 25th we need to trust more in Divine Mercy. Because of this peacelessness we need to trust more in Mercy.

Now this is how it ties together.  If Mary’s giving us this message of peace… listen you’re caught up in this world of peacelessness, you need to trust more in God’s mercy.

We go back to the Revelation of St. Faustina and Divine Mercy. In it, we have the Image of Divine Mercy.  That is what the Pope said:

“The Divine Mercy Image is the Face of the Father’s Mercy” Pope Francis…Misericordiae Vultus (The Face of Mercy).

So we have Mary in Medjugorje saying we have peacelessness… what do you have to do to get through this peacelessness? You’ve got to trust more in God’s mercy. How do you trust more in God’s mercy? You’ve got to know the Father. How do you know the Father? You know the Father through the Image of Divine Mercy, the Son - that Son - if you could encapsulate, if you could capture somehow the mercy of God the Father and somehow encapsulate it - you have the image of Divine Mercy. This is why the encyclical:  Misericordiae Vultus is The Face of Mercy. In it, we have that Image that encapsulates Who the Father is…

We all came from God the Father… God created us. Our goal is to get back to God the Father. Exitus Reditus

40:40

Father Alar: 3 Great Acts of Mercy in the History of Salvation – all comes from the Father and returns to the Father (Father Seraphim)

1st Father - Creation: all came from God the Father

2nd Son – Redemption

3rd “and the greatest Act of Mercy –the 3rd Person of the Holy Trinity - the Holy Spirit is going to return us back to God the Father for all eternity…

“What’s beautiful about that… how we can come to know and trust God is this…

42:10: Jesus in Scripture makes it clear: You cannot know the Father without the Son…

To know the Son we have to be empowered by the Holy Spirit  - to do any of His works and to abide in Him…. To know Him, you have to know the Holy Spirit. He has to first send us the Paraclete. He has to send us the Holy Spirit.

42:16: “…How do we know the Holy Spirit?

His Spouse, the gift of Mary… this is Who came in the incarnation, through the power of the Holy Spirit, she gave us the God-Man.”

…42:32: Brother:

“Mary trusted and believed the impossible. Never before in human history had anyone been born without a natural father… She believed…

She trusted and believed -which is the exact opposite - she undid the knot Eve’s distrust and disobedience… She untied the knot. She has complete trust and in God’s word and His power and what He is able to do… [Our Lady, undoer of knots…]

Father: …we can from God the Father, we want to return to the Father…

How do we know the Father? The Son.

How do we know the Son? The Holy Spirit.

How do we know the Holy Spirit? [Jesus’] Mother, she’s right here in Medjugorje!

43:44: Brother: You’re tying in completely with the Archbishop’s [words]: “So, it would be right and just, in this place [Medjugorje] to invoke Mary with the title of Queen of Peace and God’s Divine Mercy. We have invoked her, called upon her for centuries. And we still call upon her as Mother of Mercy. But this faithful, centuries long intercession for us, transformed her into the Queen in whom God’s Mercy gladly hears prayers and fulfills the tiniest desire of hers for the benefit of her children…”

44: 22

Father Alar: “Unbelievable… because this is tying it all together through Medjugorje… you want to go back to God the Father,

start and come back the way you came.

Go to Mary in Medjugorje, she will lead you through the Holy Spirit to God her Son.

He is the Face of the Father’s Mercy – He brings us back to God the Father.

That’s the whole Mass!

The concluding doxology: “Through Him, With Him and in Him O God Almighty Father in unity with the Holy Spirit…”

It basically God offering God to God.

God the Holy Spirit offering God the Son to God the Father

To return us back to the Father, from whom we came:

Exitus-Reditus

How and where do we begin this process that God has been trying to lead us through time immemorial?

Now He’s saying: “Look, I’m bringing my Mother right here to Medjugorje. All you have to do is come. All you have to do is receive this grace and it all ties together.”…

Brother: “And that’s why the Archbishop concludes his homily: “Let us conclude in the end, invoking her altogether, united in the same prayer, saying: “Mary, Queen of Peace and Divine Mercy, pray for us!”

45:48

Brother: “[the Archbishop] just brought Our Lady Queen of Peace - and he’s really given her a new title: Our Lady Queen of Divine Mercy – brought them together and is showing how this is the absolute linchpin, the keystone of what God is doing and the plan of salvation right now - through his Divine Mercy and what’s going on in Medjugorje with the apparitions of Our Lady, Queen of Peace.”

Father Alar: “I don’t think any of us, yourself and me included, have any idea what is going on here. I don’t think any of us understand the magnitude of what is going on here: How God’s whole plan of salvation is culminating in Divine Mercy and Medjugorje. How everything has led up to this point, this point in human history.

“And what did Jesus say?

“Mankind’s last hope of salvation is Divine Mercy.”

And there’s only one way that we’re going to get and overcome what keeps us from God…

What is the most thing that keeps us from God?

He said not our sins, it is our lack of trust… how are we going to get rid of that main barrier between us and God?

Trust. That’s Divine Mercy.

[We look to our Mother for that Trust - we have to]

The problem is we have no peace. We have no peace in this world.

Why is Mary appearing here, in this location and why now?

Because this world, right now, is experiencing more lack of peace than we ever have in our human history. People come to me all the time in the confessional (I heard 200 confessions probably since I’ve been here in Medjugorje the first 2 visits)”…

[Countless cite anxiety, fear, lack of trust…]

Brother: “This ties with message given to Maria on the 25th, Christmas day, this year:

“…Your heart yearns for peace, of which there is less and less on earth. That is why people are far from God and souls are sick and heading towards spiritual death. I am with you, little children, to lead you on this way of salvation to which God calls you.” December 25, 2019 to Marija

48:17: Father Alar: “That’s huge. Here’s why:

We are living in a time of a lack of peace like we’ve never seen before…

look at suicide…

what’s the worst of the worst possible manifestation of the lack of peace?

… when the lack of peace reaches such levels that you would take the very life that God gave you… you’re facing the ultimate in the lack of peace….

The suicide rates in the world today are unprecedented…

more people die in the world in this current time by suicide by all the wars and homicides combined.

That’s shocking!

The worst manifestation of a lack of peace is suicide.”

Brother: “Nothing more the evil one would like to do than eradicate the image of God within a person, we are made in the image of God and if he can get us to a point of such despair, a point of disbelief, distrust in God’s mercy… he wants to distort the image of God within us…

Father Alar:

“It is the ultimate lack of peace…

“God lays out in his providential care …

Father Mitch Pacwa: “Why are there so many suicides today? Because there’s a lack of peace.”

That to me answered the question of why Mary is appearing in Medjugorje today… with a message of peace…

51:15 We have a lack of peace like never before and Our Lady is appearing here bringing us this message of peace…

If God saw our problems began with a lack of trust…

He will never bring “The End” before he gives us the opportunity to eliminate that lack of trust.

We have to eliminate that blockage … that lack of trust…

Jesus said we will not have peace until we trust more and once we trust more, we’ll have that peace.

Brother: That ties in exactly to the May 2, 2019 message to Mirjana:

This is the message.

Coupled with the message of devotion of Divine Mercy and what’s going on in Medjugorje. This is the bomb. This is the Divine Plan:

“Dear children, with a motherly love I am calling you to respond to the great love of my Son, with pure and open hearts, with complete trust…”

52: 35

Father Alar: “All tied to these two focuses of our times

How is God manifesting Himself in the world today?

Marian Apparitions and Eucharistic miracles

This is how God is revealing Himself in a special way today.

Brother: “And it’s a reversal of everything that took place in the Garden of Eden. Now, the woman, the New Eve, is triumphing and crushing the head of satan – undoing the knot of disobedience…

Marian apparitions that have been taken place for centuries, but intensely in the last century, and even more intensely these last 50 years… the New Eve appearing as we saw in Revelation 12…”

[wonderful discussion/ explanation of Eucharistic miracles]

59: 25

Brother talks about St. John Bosco’s vision – boat bombarded, 100% assault in all directions

figure in white docking boat to

2 pillars: Mary; and the larger, higher Pillar: Jesus in a monstrance of the Eucharist

“we are being bombarded … inside out, upside down, don’t know which direction is which, but

right now we’re being led in the providential navigation plan right between the two pillars of stability that is Our Lady as we see her here in Medjugorje – from Fatima to Medjugorje – to all the Marian Apparitions and Jesus in the Eucharist, which we also see here in Medjugorje – the Eucharistic devotion that is here is at the center and the core of what goes on in the prayer and spirituality of Medjugorje…

When it’s docked, all of a sudden the waters become calm and the other boats retreat…

We are in the process of seeing the docking of the boat between the two pillars of Our Lady and Jesus in the Eucharist.”

Father Alar: “Divine Mercy and Medjugorje are being united together. This is all coming together. This we thought might be our own interpretation and then we come here and hear the Archbishop’s homily that puts a stamp of approval right in the middle of God’s message of Divine Mercy and Mary in Medjugorje that’s why she’s the Queen of Peace and the Queen of Divine Mercy.

1:03: Spread this message throughout the world

What does trust lead you to?

If we have that trust we will find Peace…

means in the heart we have removed that distrust and fear –

going back to the opening paragraph in [Archbishop’s] homily:

“the world is shackled by distrust and fear”.

This is what the Catechism says was mankind’s first great sin: distrust.

So how do we remove that barrier so that God that can fill our soul with grace –

We have to learn how to trust. Once we trust, here comes peace –

And we do that with with Our Lady… we turn to Our Lady, Queen of Peace and Queen of Divine Mercy and ask for her intercession…

1: 04: And as the Diary says: “Mankind will not have peace until it turns with trust to God’s Divine Mercy.”

Archbishop Henryk Hoser, Apostolic Visitor to Medjugorje

“Here we have, in this beautiful place of Medjugorje, the opportunity to do both [find peace and trust in God’s Mercy]. We have the opportunity to trust because everywhere on this location is God’s mercy. You see it in the priests, you see it in the Archbishop, you see it in the Apostolic Visitor, you see it in the Apostolic Nuncio, you see it in the priests in the confessional, you see it in the pilgrims, you see it everywhere here.

This place is wide open with God’s Divine Mercy.

And you see the peace. And the peace that you see is in the Blessed Mother’s presence, on Apparition Hill, on Mount Krizevac – all of these places – She is present... the shops and the stores and the places, the Church, especially St. James…

Please come here.

This is where you’ll experience the two most critical pieces of the culmination of salvation history. Again, I don’t think we have any idea, at all, the time we are living in and the importance of what is happening and what God and Mary are doing right here.”

After watching this incredible discussion, I noticed there was an additional video of Father Chris Alar. It is his homily that he gave before he and Brother Jason made the video above. It summarizes the above discussion and offers additional insights as well. Here is one of the quotes from his homily:

"Spread this message how Divine Mercy links to Medjugorje and how God is using his Mother to take us to the Son and ultimately return to the Father…

We’re here for a reason… let us not miss this opportunity. We’re at the most unprecedented times in human history – next to the resurrection – maybe the most, most important time!

Jesus told St. Faustina: “I’m going to prepare you for my second coming … for the end times and Jesus said, Mankind’s [in many ways] last hope of salvation is Divine Mercy. “ Father Chris Alar, MIC

Here are some excerpts. Again, it would be best for you to watch it yourself:

7:35

"...Satan’s great tool: pride, fear and confusion.

Let’s look at fear, because this is where Medjugorje comes in.

The opposite of fear is what?

Trust and peace.

If you trust someone and you are at peace with them you do not fear them.

If you don’t trust someone and you are not at peace – you fear – this is what the nuncio talked about.

Now… trust is the essence of the message of Divine Mercy.

St. Faustina… God gave to her in the 1930’s the message that Pope John Paul said is the most important message of our times.

And the essence of that Divine Mercy message is trust.

Now, peace is the essence of the message of Medjugorje.

Peace.

So trust and peace is the answer, the Nuncio said, to fear that Satan brings us.

Satan’s flooding the world with fear and he said is caused by distrust and fear caused by Satan. So we know the answer is trust and peace.

The Nuncio linked these two together.

Then, he finished by saying the Queen of Peace is the Queen of Divine Mercy.

Brother Jason and I …. have never heard this coming from a bishop.

We have never heard a bishop say the Queen of Peace is the Queen of Divine Mercy.

He linked the two together.

This is the answer.

9:48

Jesus said to St. Faustina: “Mankind will not have peace until he turns with trust to my Divine Mercy.”

Hear the word peace. Hear the word trust.

Jesus said we will not have peace –

[peace doesn’t mean the absence of war –but this end of anxiety – this end of fear] –

“Mankind will not have peace until he turns with trust to my Divine Mercy.”

The answer: to get the trust is Divine Mercy.

And to get the peace is Medjugorje.

And he linked these two together.

Remember Satan’s tools start with pride… wiped away by… by any of us who humility…

Fear is wiped away with trust and peace.

11: 03 Trust, first, we know from Divine Mercy and now peace, which will come and we’re learning in Medjugorje.

Jesus brought us St. Faustina to trust Him and now he brings us Medjugorje to find peace.

11: 20 How? Jesus said we will find peace after turning to his Divine Mercy.

That’s why Divine Mercy came first in revelations of St. Faustina and why now peace is coming through the revelations of Medjugorje.

This is so important.

11: 36 So I finish by saying, we need to know him to see him.

….

11: 50 How do we come to know God the Father?

Jesus makes it very clear, through the Son.

And how do you know the Son?

You know the Son through the Holy Spirit.

And how do you know the Holy Spirit?

Through Mary, his spouse – right here at Medjugorje.

12: 12 So you want to get back to God the Father?

Start with Mary - right here in Medjugorje.

…That’s where you start.

Let Mary take you to the Holy Spirit…

Through the Holy Spirit, the power of the anointing… we know the Son so He can act in us

And then the Son will take us back to God the Father, ultimately where we are destined to be for all eternity.

How do we … know the Son to get back to God the Father? The Image of Divine Mercy. Pope Francis said the Image of Divine Mercy is the Face of the Father’s Mercy…

13:00 But right now we’re not getting there because we have fear, we’re afraid, we run, we turn our back…

woman: “I’m hypocritical because I pray when I’m afraid and fearful”… NO, that’s when we need to pray.

13:58… let us trust God by the gift of his Mother and the promise of a Savior, and in that clarity…

why do we not know and see Him? because we’re shackled with fear

wipe out the fear with trust and peace and when you do that you can see him clearly… this has got to be your resolution for 2020….

Seeing God in 2020 vision… the vision and the clarity that only comes through God’s mercy…

If not us, who?

Spread this message how Divine Mercy links to Medjugorje and how God is using his Mother to take us to the Son and ultimately return to the Father…

We’re here for a reason…

15:30 let us not miss this opportunity we’re at the most unprecedented times in human history – next to the resurrection – maybe the most, most important time.

Jesus told St. Faustina: “I’m going to prepare you for my second coming" … for the end times and Jesus said, Mankind’s [in many ways] last hope of salvation is Divine Mercy."

+Above is a transcription I made of three talks/homilies related to one another, each pointing to the reality that all of salvation hisis culminating in Our Blessed Mother coming to Medjugorje and Divine Mercy, and that we truly cannot understand the magnitude of what’s taking place here.

May this be a gift to all who read it.

Mary, Queen of Peace and Queen of Divine Mercy, pray for us!

Entrusting this and all to Jesus and Mary, and praying the God's plans in Medjugorje will be fulfilled in each of us and in the world.

With love and prayer for each of you in Jesus, Mary and Joseph,

Janet Moore
